Arthur C. Zwemke provides over 36 years of business expertise to Robert Arthur Land Company, including 21 years of residential real estate experience.  As a CPA, Art has a firm foundation in accounting and finance, an essential ingredient for success in the real estate business.  From 1998 to 2004, Art served as the CEO and President of Moser Enterprises, Inc., a prominent developer based in Naperville. From 2002 to 2004, he served as President of MPI Management LLC, the manager of the seven MPI Developments.  During Art's tenure, communities with nearly 10,000 home sites have been zoned, annexed and developed including such landmark communities as Tall Grass in Naperville, Grande Park in Plainfield and Grande Reserve in Yorkville.

In the real estate industry, Art is currently the President of the Attainable Housing Alliance, Board member of the Home Builders Association of Fox Valley, Membership Chair of the LD4 NAHB Developer 20 Club, Chairman of the Plano Economic Development Corporation, and member of the Advisory Committee to the Chicago School of Real Estate at Roosevelt University.

In the community, Art serves as a board member and treasurer of the DuPage Children's Museum and the Little Home Church by the Wayside.  Art is married, the father of four children and has five grandchildren.
